Simon Lévelt is a big Dutch brand - coffee and tea, multiple locations, decades of history. That is worth knowing upfront: this is a well-run retail shop, not an experience or a destination the way Tea Culture Club is. What it does well is selection and reliability. A wide range from everyday breakfast blends to decent single-origins, reasonable prices, and easy to find. The De Pijp branch on Ferdinand Bolstraat is the most convenient. Go here when you want something good to take home without the deep dive.

Pompadour classic tearoom

Not a tea shop in the specialist sense - more a proper Amsterdam tearoom that has been here since 1979. Chandelier, antique furniture, house-made bonbons and patisserie.
